Stress is how we react to outside pressures that will come upon us at any given time. Stress can harm us greatly. There are certain things that we can do to handle stressful situations. When we feel stressed we should pull back from that situation, take a breath and pray. The Lord does not want us to be overwhelmed with problems. 1 Peter 5:7 says, Cast all your cares on Him, for He cares for you. We should put God first and everything else next.
